Meet the Trueffles team
Tinush*Tina Weise
Our non-binary queen of project is Tina, also called Tinush, the fox or organizational talent. Longtime strategic consultant, detective and a curious mind of the first class. Disciplined, dedicated and equipped with multiple skills and - as they call it - a sieve brain. That's when the Trueffles' idea was born. Why not build a platform that presents all knowledge clearly and makes connections easy to grasp? The sieve brain is helped and so is everyone else.
Steffen Rose
De-ve-lo-per - noun, masculine [the]PHOTOGRAPHY: 1. Watery solution for developing photographs (source Google): A "watery solution" does not apply to our lead developer. Steffen is our rock solid IT hero. He not only has the talent to code the platform and manage everything for the technical implementation, he is an explorer by heart. He is interested in politics, society and more transparency. The best foundation for Trueffles.
Conny Coburger
Our multifaceted developer in the team: Conny. She touched base with our Space Editor, connected Trueffles and made SVGs move from ground to space. True to her motto: "my passion is a little bit of everything", she rounds up the team. Because not only full stack needs versatility - our platform needs it, too.
Lucas Brüning
Lucas = Trueffles' brain for all AI based development. Needs space to walk to create great ideas and believes that knowledge is power. He joined the Trueffles adventure to do both and more. His curious mind and fast fingers drive the Trueffles AI – T.A.I. –forward.
Why is it called "Trueffles"?
Trueffles – the combination of "true" and "truffles" – stands for finding information that is not obvious at first glance and being able to directly check the underlying sources. What true or false – Trueffles – is, is mostly a philosophical question these days. What we can do about it, is to directly link the sources to the information we gather. This gives everyone the opportunity to find out easier and quicker, whether the source and the respective information is legitimate.

All data is stored in the EU.
We work with the German web hosting provider Hetzner, so all your and our data is stored on servers in the EU and is therefore GDPR-compliant. The servers we use are currently located in Frankfurt, Germany.
